The newly-formed Henryetta parks board held an organization meeting Monday night.
Jill Francis was named chair of the organization with Laura Goodner as vice-chair and Patty Van Meter secretary.
During the nearly hour-long session, the group discussed tentative needs for the board and looked over the list of parks currently owned by the city.
