With discussions over the election process and integrity, Okmulgee County Republican Party members will get an opportunity to learn about local and state safeguards.
Okmulgee County election board secretary Ashley Carnes will be the guest speaker at the county meeting Jan. 9.
She will present information on the safeguards built into the election equipment, ballots and processes that are designed to protect election integrity in Oklahoma.
The general meeting at 6:30 p.m, is open to the public of all party affiliations.
