State Rep. Scott Fetgatter took a few minutes Tuesday to talk about the 2024 Oklahoma legislature session that begins Feb. 5. During the conversaton, Fetgatter taked in depth about his Knights Law bill that would change some of the sentencing requirements for persons convicted of a number of sex crimes.
