The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is looking into the cause of a crash that claimed the life of a former Henryetta resident Tuesday night.
Steven Marshall, 56, was the driver of a 2020 Ram pickup that collided with a semi south of Schulter on US 75 shortly before 11 p.m.
Marshall, who graduated from Henryetta High School in 1985, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel. A passenger in his truck, Warren Harjo, 55, also a former Henryetta resident now of Texarkana, Tex., was taken to St. Francis hospital in Tulsa for treatment of head injuries.
The driver of he semi, Dmitriy, 33, Broken Arrow, was not injured in the accident. The semi was knocked onto its side by the impact.
