A Henryetta man will be spending five years in federal prison for possessing a firearm.
Jaylon Christopher Henna, 26, received the sentence this week after he had pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
According to Muskogee (Creek) Nation Lighthouse police, Heneha was discovered with the weapon during the course of another possession last January.
Heneha is being held by federal Marshalls pending transportation to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve a non-paroleable sentence of incarceration.
