A pickup truck slammed into the rear of a semi around noon Saturday east of Henryetta on I-40. The pickup driver was pinned inthe vehicle for 10 minutes until Henryetta firemen were able to cut him out of the truck. He was lifeflighted to Tulsa from the Henryetta Medical Center.
