The railroad crossing at First and Trudgeon claimed another victim Monday morning.
A tractor-trailer truck drug it's jack stands on the tracks, breaking them free and puncturing one of the diesel fuel tanks spilling the contents along the street.
According to police, after the tank was punctured, the truck continued west on Trudgeon then turned onto Second Street spilling fuel along the roadway.
The truck driver turned back east onto Main then was parked on First Street.
City maintenance workers and fire department personnel blocked off First Street while they were busy trying to contain the fuel.
In the past two years there have been no fewer than three semi trucks rn into problems crossing the tracks due to the steep approach.
