Henryetta city council members failed to come up with a decision on retaining city manager Ted Graham Monday afternoon.
The council started the special meeting at 2 p.m. then immediately went into executive session.
During the three hours behind closed doors, the council called in city attorney Lou Ann Moudy then met with Graham.
Instead of making an announcement when the meeting resumed, the council decided to hold another meeting March 28 at 5:30 p.m.
Graham's suspension, originally set from February 22 to March 22, was extended until that time.
No explanation for the discussions was given.
