Carlton "Ike" Isaac Wesley Bullard, a resident of rural Weleetka, died March 23, 2016 in Tulsa at the age of 61. Ike was born Jan. 1, 1955 in Henryetta to Clyde Bullard and Willetta Luker.
Ike grew up in the Henryetta area before moving to California. After moving to California, Ike served from 1973 to 1978 in the U.S. Army. Following his honorable discharge from the Army, Ike returned to Oklahoma and worked for several years as a truck and delivery driver for a chemical company. Ike was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and Veteran's of Foreign Wars. He was also a volunteer in civil defense. He is preceded in death by his mother Willetta and father Clyde, and by a brother, Allen Bullard.
He is survived by two daughters: Britta Bullard Lay of Hydro and Amy Bullard Fowler of Tulsa; a granddaughter Mamie Elder and grandson, Dodge Elder; three brothers: James Donley of Henryetta, Robert Bullard of Henryetta, and Wallace Donley of Hanford, Calif.; sisters: Susie Bartlett of Henryetta, Tonya Donley of Henryetta, Nancy Wadley of Henryetta, Mary Lee of Henryetta, Kathy McClure of Rogers, Ark., and Vickie Palmer of Dewar;.
