Gretchen Randall will no longer be adding up columns of numbers.
She retired this week after 28 years with R.E. Palmer and Associates accounting firm.
Randall joined the company in 1989, a few years after Reggie Palmer purchased the business from O.E. Shaw.
According to Reggie and son, Dirk, she has been a main stay at the firm and, to show their appreciation, a special dinner was held Monday night at The Shack.
“We are going to miss her but wish her well in the years ahead,” said Reggie.
