| Food safety training classes will be held May 7 at Mvskoke Food Sovereignty Initiative (MFSI) offices located at 100 E. 7th St., Ste. 101 in downtown Okmulgee. Two food safety training classes will be held that day. The first class will be held at 10 a.m. and the second class will be held at 2 p.m. A person will only need to attend one class. This marks the fourth year that David Hogner, District Environmental Health Officer at Okmulgee Office of Environmental Health Services has held food safety training classes at MFSI offices.
