Jerry Loy Ware, a resident of Henryetta,  died May 31, 2015 in Henryetta at the age of 67. He was born April 6, 1948 in Weleetka to Elvin O. Ware and Myrtle Woods Ware.
He served the United States during the Vietnam War in the US ARMY.
He was preceded in death by his father, E.O. Ware, sister, June Justis, and brother, Elvin Ware, Jr.
Jerry is survived by his wife Susan Ware of the home; daughter, Jessica Page and husband Michael of Henryetta; mother, Myrtle Ware of Dustin; six sisters: Louise Campbell of Henryetta, Betty Smith of Checotah, Mary Collins of Tulsa, Gail Keys and husband James of Dustin, Barbara Mote and husband Tommy of Dustin and  Vicki Southern of Etoile, Texas; three brothers: Gary Ware of Nebraska, Wayne Ware of Lufkin, Texas, and Terry Ware and wife Brenda of Henryetta, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 4 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2015 at Integrity Chapel (410 East. Trudgeon St.) with Rev. James Page, officiating. Interment will follow at Dustin Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Pallbearers are Jeff Shoemaker, Chris Stephens, Timmy Stephens, Wiley Shoemaker, Joey Ware, and Jared Ware. Honorary pallbearers are Joe Fisher, Michael Page, Gary Ware, Terry Ware, Wayne Ware, Bobby Hall, and Phillip Morgan.
