Thomas Martin Nuckolls Jr, a resident of Gibsonburg, Ohio, formerly of Schulter, died Jan 5, 2023 in Toledo, OH at the age of 47. He was born April 17, 1975 in Okmulgee to Thomas Martin Nuckolls Sr. and Reba (Teague) Nuckolls.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Martin Nuckolls Sr.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Reba Nuckolls, brother Jeffery Nuckolls and two nephews, Colton and Quinton Nuckolls all of Okmulgee, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Services are scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2022 at New Covenant Tabernacle in Grayson with Rev. Robert Lay, officiating. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
