Volunteers were busy handing out sacks of vegetables to area veterans Friday morning as part of the quarterly Feed the Vet program. Sponsored by the Henryetta VFW Post 539, the program provides food supplies to low income veterans around the area. It is held everyquarter at the Assembly of God Church on New Lake Road.
