Deborah "Debi" Jean Woodard, 72 of Henryetta, died Jan. 24, 2024, in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She was born Nov. 3, 1951, to Billie Murdock and Wilda (Sanders) Bunyard.
Debi attended local schools and graduated from Henryetta High School in the class of 1969. She worked for many years as a secretary for the Okmulgee County District Attorney's office, where she retired after many years of faithful service. Debi attended the First United Methodist
Church of Henryetta.
She was married to Eddie Whitson for over 30 years.
She is survived by her son, Brock Woodard, and his wife, Anna, of Broken Arrow; grandchildren, Lyric Woodard and Kinley Hodges, also of Broken Arrow; her brother, Mike Murdock of Carlsbad, New Mexico; step-sister Trellis Massey; step-daughter Tammy Woodard-Padget of Henryetta; aunt Patty Hines; cousins Jannie Coleman and Connie Anglin.
Debi was preceded in death by her parents, Billie, Wilda and step-father Norman Bunyard.
Viewing will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 at Integrity Chapel with Robert Frost officiating.
